EG is looking for an Marketing and Sales onboarding lead with reference to the Vice President of Corporate PMO who sits in the corporate management team. Acquring vertical software companies is part of EGs stratEGy to be the leading vertical software company in Scandinavia, in which you will play an important role leading the onboarding of the companies EG acquires. EG have acquired many companies since the company was founded in 1976 and we have acquired 11 companies in the last 18 months.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

As our Marketing and Sales onboarding lead you will lead the onboarding of acquired companies, with focus on the sales and marketing processes, e.g.

  • Drive analysis, planning, and onboarding of acquired companies on to our intEGrated marketing and sales process
  • Understand and educate acquired companies in the intEGrated marketing and sales processes and Salesforce and demonstrate how it fits into EG's overall operating model
